Shipping
There are two methods of shipment available:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Free for orders £50 and over, £4.95 for orders under £50 - Normally arrives in 2-3 working days from dispatch**.
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm* - £4.95 for orders £50 and over, £8.95 for orders under £50 - Arrives next day after dispatch** by 1PM, requires a signature on delivery.
*Next day delivery can only be guaranteed for addresses with the UK Mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands we will find the fastest delivery we can, this is often a 48 hr delivery.
** Orders placed before midnight will be dispatched on the next working day (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).
Tracking - Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you your tracking number which will also be available to you through logging into the website.
Returns
We sincerely hope you are happy with your chosen product, and the service we have provided, however if you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange either an exchange or refund. When returning an item, we would recommend using a tracked service so that you know it has got to us. As soon as it has been received, we will carry out the exchange or refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse the cost of the return postage.
